It is truly believed that Southern Orange County is the BEST place to live. Not only is the climate unbelievable (mostly sunny every day) but also it is a great area to raise children and to retire. Every possible business is close by and you are about 60 miles from both Los Angeles and San Diego. You're only about 0 to 8 miles from the ocean and on occasions you are able to go skiing and play golf in the same day. Our children go to the best of public and private schools and the recreation is second to none. Yes, we have many friendly neighborhoods.
